Applique Radieuse by for .
Designed by Le Corbusier in 1949 to sit in the entrances of the Unité d’Habitation in Marseille, the Applique Radieuse is a thoughtfully designed wall lamp with a convex shape. The curved metal frame of the light provides maximum efficiency whilst also hiding the light source, offering a functional, minimalist look for your space.
The Unité d’Habitation is an iconic housing unit designed by Le Corbusier in collaboration with the painter-architect Nadir Afonso. It has served as the foundation of several housing developments throughout Europe and has become a symbol of the Modern Movement.
The lamp can be adjusted to emit a downlight for direct light or uplight for diffused light, allowing the user to personalise it to their space. It is also available in a selection of colours taken from the Unité d’Habitation, the iconic building designed by Le Corbusier: red, blue, white, orange and green.
